Create and manage email aliases through the web interface

Creating a New Alias

  1. Navigate to Aliases from the main dashboard
  2. Click Create New Alias
  3. Enter the alias address (e.g., sales@example.com)
  4. Enter the destination email address
  5. Add an optional description
  6. Click Save

Managing Existing Aliases

From the Aliases page, you can:

  • Enable/Disable: Toggle aliases on/off without deleting them
  • Edit: Update destination or description
  • Delete: Permanently remove an alias
  • View Statistics: See how many messages each alias has forwarded

Bulk Operations

Select multiple aliases to:

  • Enable or disable in bulk
  • Export as CSV
  • Delete multiple aliases at once

Alias Patterns

Create catch-all aliases using wildcards:

*@example.com → user@msgs.global
