Managing Aliases
Create and manage email aliases through the web interface
Creating a New Alias
- Navigate to Aliases from the main dashboard
- Click Create New Alias
- Enter the alias address (e.g., sales@example.com)
- Enter the destination email address
- Add an optional description
- Click Save
Managing Existing Aliases
From the Aliases page, you can:
- Enable/Disable: Toggle aliases on/off without deleting them
- Edit: Update destination or description
- Delete: Permanently remove an alias
- View Statistics: See how many messages each alias has forwarded
Bulk Operations
Select multiple aliases to:
- Enable or disable in bulk
- Export as CSV
- Delete multiple aliases at once
Alias Patterns
Create catch-all aliases using wildcards:
*@example.com → user@msgs.global
